Adrian Cheow

Adrian Cheow, an Executive Director at Baker Tilly, spearheads the Deal Advisory practice. In addition to this, he serves as the Corporate Finance Lead for the Asia Pacific region within the Baker Tilly network. With a rich experience spanning over 18 years, Adrian has refined his expertise in stock exchange transactions, financial due diligence, valuation, and general advisory work. 

Before joining Baker Tilly in early 2020, Adrian was part of a Big 4 international accounting firm’s Transaction Advisory team for over 12 years. During this period, he spent 9 years in the UK and the subsequent 3 and a half years in Singapore, gaining valuable international exposure. 

Adrian’s leadership has been instrumental in executing numerous large and complex deals in the UK and ASEAN for both corporate and private equity clients. His portfolio also includes transactions involving technology start-ups, small to medium enterprises, and family-owned businesses, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in various business environments. 

He is a Chartered Financial Analyst ("CFA") charter holder and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ("ACCA").
