Bernard Yu

Bernard is a Tax Partner with over 20 years of tax experience. 

His experience ranges from corporate and personal tax compliance to tax advisory. He works extensively with clients on their tax compliance and controversy matters.  He is also active in providing tax advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and IPO transactions. 

Bernard holds a Bachelor (Honours) of Accounting and Finance from Lancaster University, United Kingdom. He is an Accredited Tax Advisor ("ATA" for Income Tax with the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals ("SCTP"), a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”), United Kingdom and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (“ISCA”).
