Khor Boon Hong

Khor Boon Hong is a Partner in Baker Tilly with over 25 years of audit and assurance experience in Singapore, China and Malaysia.  

His extensive experience includes financial statements audits/reviews, internal control reviews, and accounting and financial reporting system improvement reviews. He advised clients on corporate restructuring and acted as reporting accountant for public offerings, reverse takeovers, and fundraising. 

Boon Hong works with a diverse range of clients, including public-listed, private-owned, and multinationals, as well as not-for-profit organisations in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. 

He is also a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and a trustee in bankruptcy. 

Boon Hong is currently serving as a member of the Finance Management Committee of Singapore Manufacturing Federation (“SMF”), a member of the Audit & Risk Committee of the National Cancer Centre Research Fund and a member of the Audit & Risk Advisory Panel of the National Cancer Centre Singapore (“NCCS”) Cancer Fund. He is a past member of the ACRA Complaints and Disciplinary Panel and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants ("ISCA") Auditing and Assurance Standards Committee. 

Boon Hong is a Fellow Chartered Accountant ("FCA") of Singapore, England & Wales, and ANZ, and is a Certified Public Accountant ("CPA") of ASEAN.
