Lee Vin Wee

Lee Vin Wee is a Partner at Baker Tilly with more than 18 years of experience in taxation.   

He has assisted clients in various industries including technology, logistics, shipping, media and telecommunications, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, etc. 

His experiences include assisting clients with their corporate income tax compliance and tax controversy matters. He also advises clients on tax issues relating to corporate restructuring, financing transactions, profit repatriation as well as in the application of tax rulings and incentives with the relevant Government agencies. 

He also advises high-net-worth individuals and families on matters relating to wealth transition, legacy preservation, and family governance. In particular, he has assisted these individuals and families in setting up Singapore family office structures and applying to the Monetary Authority of Singapore for specific tax exemptions.  

Vin Wee graduated from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore with a degree Bachelor of Accountancy with Honours. He is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (“ISCA”). 

He is a Chartered Accountant ("CA") of Singapore.
