Low See Lien

Low See Lien is a Partner at Baker Tilly with more than 20 years of professional experience in audit and assurance-related projects.  

His clients included listed companies, multinational companies and statutory boards.  

He also has extensive experience in different industries such as oil and gas, technology, manufacturing, media and communication and retail. See Lien has also been involved in Initial Public Offerings (“IPOs”) as well as public debt offerings. 

During his time with a previous employer, he was seconded to the United States and from this secondment, he has gained extensive knowledge of US reporting requirements, including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. 

In addition to his professional experience, Low See Lien holds several professional qualifications and memberships. He is a Practicing Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants ("ISCA"), a Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors, and a Member of ACRA’s Complaints and Disciplinary Committee. Furthermore, he serves as the Honorary Treasurer of the Singapore National Paralympic Council.
