Victor Goh is a Partner and Practice Leader at Baker Tilly, heading the Restructuring and Recovery division, with over 25 years of experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency. 

Victor established his professional career with international accounting firms. He went on to set up his own public practice prior to moving to Baker Tilly. 
 
Quintessential to Victor’s service commitment is the offer of optimal solutions designed to protect assets, preserve value and maximise recoveries. This mission, coupled with Victor’s extensive experience, has enabled him to effectively and efficiently service companies, creditors and stakeholders.  

His areas of specialisation include judicial management, receivership, all modes of liquidation, schemes of arrangement and compromise, monitoring and special accountancy, individual voluntary arrangements and individual bankruptcy. 

Victor's industry expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including investment holdings, food and beverages, banking and finance, trading, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, retail, construction, logistics, shipping, service providers and electronics. 

Victor is a Practicing Accountant and his professional qualifications and memberships include being a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (“ISCA”), a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (“ACCA”), a Fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore ("FIPAS"), a member of INSOL International and the Singapore Institute of Directors. Victor is also a past member of ISCA’s Insolvency and Restructuring Practitioners Committee and a past Honorary Treasurer of ACCA Singapore. 

Victor holds a Masters of Business Accounting & Finance.
